What is the auction Fundraising for?

Donations at the auction will go towards financial assistance, equipment, School Outreach Program, Adaptive Tennis Programs, and so much more!

What should I wear to the auction?

Cocktail Attire.  Checkout this website to be your guide on what to wear!

What does my ticket include?

Ticket includes your meal, drinks, and a memorable night raising funds for a good cause!

Is there parking available?

Guests may choose to park for free or use the Bellevue Club Valet service.​

When I purchase a ticket, its requesting me to create an account.  Do I have to?

Creating an account will:

• Allow you to view and bid on items on the Online Auction

• Allow for a Smoother Check-in/Check-Out Process 

• Inform us what you'd like to eat at the Auction

• Allow us to contact you if we need to 

• And so much more!

How do I purchase a table?

To buy a table, click on "Buy Sponsorships" and scroll all the way down until you see "Purchase Table."  ReadySetAuction doesn't allow you to purchase 10 tickets, it must be done through the Sponsorship tab.

Can you ship items purchased on the online auction?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items won on the online auction.  Items must be picked up at Eastside Tennis Center.​

 

How do I become a sponsor to support the event?
